What we collect and why.
Effective September 2026.
Information you provide
When you create an opportunity profile, we may collect your name, email, phone number, work preferences, availability, experience, credentials you choose to describe, resume or professional-profile link, and other information you enter.
Form processing and technical information
Opportunity-profile submissions are processed and stored through Jotform, the form service used by this site. Jotform may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the form. We do not ask you to submit unnecessary sensitive information through the initial profile form.
How we use it
We use profile information to operate the local opportunity network, contact you about potentially relevant Anchorage opportunities, understand workforce availability, and organize potential matches. If you choose to pursue a match, relevant profile or contact details may be shared with the prospective employer as needed to facilitate the introduction.
How we contact you
We may contact you using the email address or phone number you provide, based on the contact preference you select. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
What not to submit
Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, passwords, identity-document numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information through the initial profile form.
Employers
If you pursue an opportunity, the actual employer may separately request information required for its own hiring process. That process is governed by the employer's policies and applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Profiles may be retained while they are useful for matching and network operations. You may ask for your profile to be updated or removed at any time through the site contact form.
Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect submitted information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
